Author Onjali Q. Raúf Inspires VIS Students

Sharing Stories of Hope and Resilience with VIS Students

Inspiring, powerful, and heartwarming, multi-award-winning British children’s author Onjali Q Raúf  brightened up the Primary Library and Theatre with her message of resilience and hope. Over 3 days, students from Grade 3 to 7 had the opportunity to listen to and ask questions about her writing process, her inspiration and life experiences which lead to her amazing stories.

The students thoroughly enjoyed Onjali's visit, eagerly asking questions and absorbing her inspiring stories and messages. It was a truly enriching experience, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended. 

VIS libraries are always bustling with guest speakers, fostering a love for reading and storytelling among students. The Mission of the libraries is to provide a learning centre, a source of ideas and information for students and teachers and to provide them with the essential skills to access and use information, offering 55.000 items, and a total learning space of 850 square metres.
