On March 20, Grade 5 students at Vienna International School enthusiastically shared their learning journey from the Exhibition process with their parents, fellow students and teachers. The school Dome buzzed with animated conversations and vibrant creations as students delved into discussions about their newfound understandings and potential actions stemming from their learning experiences.
This PYP Exhibition offers students a unique platform to showcase their academic growth during Primary School leading to their transition to the Middle Years Programme. Driven by the ethos of the IB programme, the Exhibition empowers students to explore areas of personal interest, conduct primary and secondary research, and present their findings. It fosters a sense of agency and global citizenship, nurturing students into responsible and conscientious individuals, ready to make a positive contribution to the world.
As we watch the students displaying a successful exhibition filled with meaningful topics, we would like to thank their parents for participating and helping them throughout the Exhibition process. At the same time, our appreciation goes to the teachers, mentors and the VIS team for supporting the students throughout their journey in Grade 5 and the entire Primary School. We wish our students the best for the Middle School Programme and their future learning journey.
